Fatmir Miftari, representing Oxa Group, was formally appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer of the Kosovo CSR Network, following an open, transparent, and member-led governance process.
The nomination was accepted by the General Assembly of Members, demonstrating the Network’s dedication to responsibility, inclusion, and accountability. Experienced professionals from leading Kosovo institutions who are all dedicated to promoting ESG and corporate social responsibility in the business sector comprise the newly elected Board.
Fatmir Miftari will contribute to ensuring the Network’s programs have sound financial governance, transparency, and long-term viability in his capacity as Treasurer. His involvement strengthens the link between responsible financial management and successful CSR programs that foster social, economic, and environmental advancement.
